Empower Workplace Corp. serves as the management company to Therapeutic Early Intervention Services, LLC (TEIS) and ABA Abilities.

Each entity is owned equally by Julie Hudak and Tara Deringor, and both are officers of the corporation. Under a management agreement, Empower Workplace Corp. employs or has an independent contract agreements with the individuals who provide therapy and administrative services with TEIS and ABA Abilities.
